Shipping & Processing Policy

Processing Time
As a small business, each order is personally packed and shipped by me. Please allow for some processing time. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

Possible Delays
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. However, as a small operation, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order to discuss expedited options.

Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office. If you are still missing your order, contact us within 30 days of the shipment date so we can assist you.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times for international orders can vary greatly due to customs processing and local postal service delays.
