At Attic Annie, all sales are final. Due to the nature of secondhand and handmade items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Item Condition Disclaimer

Every piece in our collection is either vintage, thrifted, salvaged, or handmade. While we carefully select and inspect each item, all products are sold as-is, and we cannot guarantee the condition beyond what is described. Expect signs of previous use, including possible wear, fading, or minor imperfections. Any significant flaws will be noted in the product description.

Handmade Items

Our handmade goods are crafted with care in my attic, and each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, shape, or texture are normal and part of their charm.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
