Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Since Attic Annie is a small business, please allow time for processing. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. If you place an order after 12 PM PST on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! International shipping times vary depending on location and customs processing.

What if my order is delayed?
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but shipping carriers occasionally experience delays. The estimated delivery date is provided by the carrier and may not always be exact.

What if my order is missing or incorrect?
If you’re missing an item or received the wrong product, please reach out within 30 days of the ship date at [your contact email].

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Because our items are secondhand, vintage, or handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

What if my item has damage?
Each item is pre-loved, which means wear and imperfections may be present. We do our best to note any significant flaws in the product description, but we cannot guarantee perfection.

Product Information

Are all items secondhand?
Most of the products at Attic Annie are sustainably sourced, secondhand, or vintage. However, we also offer handmade items such as candles, incense, doilies, and dried flower bouquets.

Where do you source your products?
Many of our vintage and antique items were thrifted, salvaged, or even found on the road while living in my 1988 self-converted Dodge Ram van. Each piece has a story!

What materials do you use for handmade products?
All handmade products are crafted in my attic studio with care, using high-quality, thoughtfully sourced materials.
